Your Paycheck

How You Are Paid
ANDERSON KNIGHT offers two payment choices. You may receive your pay by check or by depositing funds directly into the bank account of your choice. Most associates prefer the convenience of being paid by direct deposit. During your interview you should have determined the best payment method for you. This may be changed at any time by contacting your local ANDERSON KNIGHT representative.

Whether you receive payment by check or direct deposit, you can expect to be paid on the Friday following your workweek. While direct deposit funds may often be available sooner than Friday, we cannot guarantee this will always occur.

Submitting Your Work Hours
At the end of your workweek, you must complete an ANDERSON KNIGHT timecard for all hours worked. It is your responsibility to complete the timecard fully and accurately before providing it to your Client Supervisor for approval and signature. If the timecard is incomplete, late or has an error, your payment may be delayed. Once complete, provide your supervisor with the "CLIENT" copy of the timecard and promptly fax the "FAX/ASSOCIATE" copy to our Processing Center as indicated on the timecard. Please retain this copy for your records until you receive your payment. If you do not have access to a fax machine, you may drop off your timecard at your local branch and they will forward it to our Processing Center for you. To be paid on time, timecards must be submitted each Friday or at the end of your workweek.

Please note: Timecard deadlines and payment schedules will sometimes vary by area. Please consult your ANDERSON KNIGHT representative.

Always contact your bank to verify funds were deposited to your account prior to using the funds. ANDERSON KNIGHT will not be responsible for overdrafts on your account.

If funds were not deposited as expected, contact our office. Payment information is available two business days after the timecard is received at our Processing Center. If payment was not processed as expected, contact your local ANDERSON KNIGHT office for assistance.

Setting up direct deposit can take as long as two weeks. A weekly earnings statement reflecting the amount of your deposit will be mailed to your home.
